Paralegal

Aura graduated from the University of the Philippines with degrees in Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar and had a general law practice in the Philippines. Aura then came to Saipan, CNMI and worked as a paralegal, legal assistant, office manager, and foreign legal consultant in different law firms. She currently works as a paralegal and performs legal research and writing, prepares legal documents, and drafts pleadings under the direction and supervision of an attorney. She focuses on probate practice but also works on different areas such as civil litigation, family law, employment law, personal injury, business disputes, administrative law, and appeals.

Aura worked as a paralegal, legal assistant, office manager, and foreign legal consultant in different law firms in Saipan since 1986 to present. She also worked as an associate attorney and became an apprentice in law firms in the Philippines.
Aura provides case management support with focus on probate matters. Aura also provides support in civil litigation, family law, employment law, business disputes, personal injury, administrative law, criminal law and appeals. She assists attorneys from initial client interview through trial or case resolution, including legal research and writing, discovery procedures, and non-litigation matters.
