Andrés Ojeda Morales

安德烈斯·奥赫达·莫拉莱斯（Andrés Ojeda Morales）在完成联邦法院书记官工作后，重新回到 多智律师事务所（Dotts Law Office）担任律师（Associate）。他最早于 2020 年加入本所，当时曾担任北马里亚纳群岛联邦最高法院 Perry B. Inos 大法官的书记官。回归 多智律师事务所后，他主要专注于地方及联邦法院诉讼业务。
安德烈斯获得：
- 南加州大学 Gould 法学院（J.D.），并取得商业法证书；
- 乔治城大学法学院国际商业与经济法法学硕士（LL.M.），并取得证券与金融法证书；
- 加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）历史学文学学士。
在此前任职多智律师事务所期间，安德烈斯负责本所代理 Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC 案件中的各类动议程序。
在涉及 Holy See（圣座）的诉讼中，他参与复杂的送达程序，并起草了针对驳回动议的反对意见。
此外，他还曾作为第一主席律师（first-chair counsel）出庭，并成功获得法官当庭裁定，驳回针对其起草诉状提出的驳回动议。
安德烈斯曾为多位联邦法官以及北马里亚纳群岛联邦最高法院 Perry B. Inos 大法官担任书记官。他此前亦曾于 Paul Hastings LLP 华盛顿特区办公室公司法部门实习。
在法律工作之外，安德烈斯热爱综合格斗（MMA）。作为墨西哥与波多黎各裔第一代律师，以及公开身份的同性恋者，他致力于推动法律行业中的多元化与包容性。
