Jennifer Liu

Paralegal

Jennifer Liu graduated from the China Youth University of Political Studies with a Master’s Degree of Laws in 2016 and she passed the China Legal Profession Qualifying Examination. Jennifer works as a paralegal. She performs legal research, translation, and prepares legal documents under the direction and supervision of an attorney.

Jennifer worked with another Saipan law firm for two years as a paralegal and gained experience with legal research under United States law, and with the CNMI legal system. In China she was an intern with the Chinese Communist Youth League Central Office, and Baidu Legal Department. Jennifer was also a member of Law Clinic of China Youth University of Political Studies, proving legal advices to the Beijing’s communities as a volunteer, helping the low-income workers make labor complaints, and assisting with other litigation.
Jennifer translates for the Chinese clients of the Firm, researches land title through public record searches, and assists with document management for cases in litigation. Jennifer also manages the corporate filings of the Firm’s many corporate clients.
