Brian Li
Attorney
Brian P. Li advises clients on cross-border business operations, regulatory compliance, financial technology, technology-driven commercial activity, and operational risk matters in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (“CNMI”) and across the Asia-Pacific region. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, corporate governance, cross-border commercial transactions, workforce- and contractor-related operational issues, payment-related business structures, and business matters affecting companies operating internationally.
Brian regularly works on matters involving commercial agreements, operational disputes, payment and deduction structures, contractor and workforce management, third-party business relationships, internal compliance processes, and disputes arising from large-scale service and infrastructure operations. His experience includes matters involving operational logistics, housing and service arrangements, cross-border business practices, and operational issues connected to internationally mobile workforces and regional commercial activity.
Brian is a native English speaker and fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Outside of legal practice, he enjoys travel, scuba diving, snow sports, shooting sports, training for long-distance running events, and exploring business and cultural developments across Asia-Pacific markets.
