Brian provides advisory, litigation, and transactional legal services in the CNMI for local, mainland, and international clients. Brian is also interested in digital assets, immigration, and criminal law, all of which he has prior experience with. Brian is a native English speaker from Bellevue, WA, who has studied and worked abroad in China and is fluent in Chinese. Prior to law school, Brian worked as a research analyst and content editor in the APAC political economy and cryptocurrency fields.
