Andrés Ojeda Morales
Attorney
Andrés Ojeda Morales returns as an Associate to the Dotts Law Office following a federal clerkship. He first joined the firm in 2020 after clerking for Justice Perry B. Inos in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Supreme Court. Upon returning to Dotts Law, he focuses on litigation in both local and federal courts.
During his prior tenure at Dotts Law, Andrés handled all aspects of motion practice in the firm’s representation involving Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC. In litigation involving the Holy See, he worked on complex service-of-process efforts and drafted an opposition to a motion to dismiss in this matter. He also first-chaired and secured a bench ruling denying a motion to dismiss on a complaint he drafted.
Andrés clerked for several federal judges and for Justice Perry B. Inos in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Supreme Court. He also previously interned in the Corporate Department at the Washington D.C. office of Paul Hastings LLP.
Outside of his legal practice, Andrés is passionate about mixed martial arts. As a first-generation attorney of Mexican and Puerto Rican heritage and an openly gay man, he is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
