Four Dotts Law Clients Granted Junket Licenses

THE Commonwealth Casino Commission on Monday approved, with conditions, four junket-operator-license applications.

Jiming Dong’s High Tides (CNMI) LLC, Hongyi Ma’s Stellar Paradise CNMI LLC, Hong Zhang’s Bula Mula LLC and Ni “Lily” Ren’s Hengqin Guiji LLC each received a two-year regular license.

The four junket operators were represented by their attorney, Michael Dotts, during the commission’s monthly meeting at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library on Monday.
